I hike a lot, travel a lot, and mostly I take a lot of photos of my dogs. I had a heap of old memory cards from an old camera in college, three cell phones full of pictures I never moved to the cloud, and a big box of prints from my high school years. How do we get started?

Absolutely. Your memories are personal, and they stay that way. I’ll never share your photos or files with anyone—ever. Everything you send or show me is handled with complete care and kept 100% private. Whether we're working together in person or online, you can trust that your moments are safe with me.

Is my privacy protected?

You’ll receive a beautifully organized photo library, customized to your needs—sorted into logical albums, with duplicates and blurry photos removed. If we digitized prints, you’ll also receive high-quality digital files, ready for easy sharing, printing, or safekeeping.

What will I get at the end of the project?

Almost none! I’ll guide you through a simple gathering process, and from there, I’ll handle the sorting, organizing, and streamlining. This is designed to be an effortless, concierge-level experience for you. You don’t need to prep or clean anything up beforehand—I’ve got it covered.

How much work do I need to do before we start?

All of the above! All of your videos will be sorted and organized in the same library as your photos by year and month. We can also digitize your old VHS tapes and camcorder tapes, and I’ll not only organize your printed photos, but also digitize them so they're safely stored and easy to access on any device.

Do you work with videos, too? What about prints?

It depends on the size and complexity of your collection, but most digital-only projects (like your phone or computer) take a few weeks. Larger "Legacy" projects with multiple sources and printed photos can take a bit longer—but I’ll give you a clear timeline before we begin.
